1. General Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy varies depending on the type of product or service you have purchased. We have different terms for digital products (like e-books and notes) and subscription-based services. Refunds are not granted automatically and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Digital Products (e-Books, PDF Notes, etc.)

Due to the digital nature of these products and the fact that they are delivered instantly upon purchase, we have a strict policy:

  • All sales of digital products are final. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, we generally do not offer refunds.
  • Exceptions: A refund may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:
    • A proven duplicate purchase of the same product.
    • A corrupted or incorrect file was delivered, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours.
  • To be eligible for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase.

3. Subscription Services (e.g., Current Affairs Digest)

3.1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annually).

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until your current billing cycle ends.
  • You can manage your subscription and initiate a cancellation directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

3.2. Refunds

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-cycle. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not be refunded for the remainder of the month.
  • Initial Purchase Refund: For new subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been excessively used (e.g., downloading a significant volume of materials). This guarantee applies only to the first-time purchase of a subscription and not to renewals.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send reminders before any renewal charge to give you an opportunity to cancel.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • To Cancel a Subscription: The preferred method is to log in to your Sarit Classes account and cancel via your subscription management page. If you encounter issues, please contact our support team.
  • To Request a Refund: Please email our support team at hello@saritclasses.com with the subject line "Refund Request". You must include the following information in your request:
    • Your full name and registered email address.
    • The order number or transaction ID.
    • The date of purchase.
    • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Sarit Classes reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
