Thank you for choosing Sarit Classes. This policy details how we deliver our products and services to you. We offer both digital goods and, occasionally, physical products like printed books or notes. Please review the relevant sections below.

1. Digital Product Delivery

This section applies to all our digital products, including e-books, PDF notes, online test series, subscription services, and video courses.

  • Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital products.
  • Email Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details and instructions on how to access your materials.
  • Account Dashboard: All your digital purchases will be available in your personal account dashboard on the Sarit Classes website. Simply log in to access, view, or download your materials at any time.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your email's spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it or are unable to access your product, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Physical Product Shipping (For Printed Books/Notes)

This section applies only if you have purchased physical goods, such as printed books or study material sets, from our e-Book store.

Order Processing

We are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods and Timelines

We partner with reputed domestic courier services to deliver your products safely and on time. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier II & III Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Remote Locations (including J&K, North East): 7-12 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, festive seasons, or other operational issues with our courier partners. We are not liable for such delays but will provide support in tracking your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be indicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the courier tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. You can also find tracking information in the "My Orders" section of your account dashboard.

3. General Terms

  • Correct Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid contact number. Sarit Classes is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect address details.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to accept the delivery, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Please note that you may be required to pay additional re-shipping fees.
